Are samples available for all your products?

While we offer samples for the majority of our flooring, wall tile, natural stone, PVC flooring, and wall panel collections, they are not available for every single item. If a sample is available for a specific product, you will simply see a "Buy Sample" button on the product page to easily add it to your cart.

How much do the samples cost?

Each sample is just $9.99.

What is the size of the samples?

Each sample is approximately 4”x4” or 6”x6” , cut directly from the actual product. Please note that for patterned models or natural stones with variations, a single piece may not capture the entire pattern or veining. However, it will perfectly represent the true color, finish, and texture of the material.

How are the samples packaged?

We securely wrap all samples in bubble wrap and ship them in sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition without transit damage. Each sample is clearly labeled with its corresponding SKU number for your easy reference.

Which carriers do you use and when will my sample be delivered?

We partner with trusted global carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to ship your sample orders securely. The estimated transit time is 4 to 7 business days from the date your order is placed.
