Calculate the total square footage (or square meters) of your project area and add a 10% to 15% overage. This accounts for cuts and waste during installation, and ensures you have spare material from the exact same batch for any future repairs.

How is my Full Truckload delivered?
Once your mixed-and-matched order is ready, we load the materials securely into a container or truck. Delivery to your project site or home is made via flatbed truck.

What is the unloading process for flatbed deliveries?
Because flatbed trucks operate on tight logistical schedules, you are provided a strict 2 to 4-hour window to unload the materials upon arrival.
- Equipment Required: You must have a forklift or a heavy-duty pallet jack on-site and ready to go when the truck arrives.
- Need Equipment? If you do not have access to a forklift or pallet jack, you must notify our team during the ordering process. For an additional fee, and provided your delivery address is accessible and suitable for the equipment, we will do our best to organize unloading equipment for you.
- Completion: Once the pallets are physically unloaded from the flatbed and placed on the ground, the delivery process is officially considered complete.

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon unloading. If you notice any transit damage, note it explicitly on the delivery receipt, take clear photos of the damaged items and packaging, and contact our support team within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
